Cardiology - EKG Evaluation

Cardiology is an important part of evaluating a patient before going under anesthesia and as the pet ages. Having an Ecg on your pet at an early age will give us a base line for your pets normal.

This will allow your doctor to better monitor and diagnose any problems that may arise over the years. Anesthesia is always a risk any time a pet is put under for a surgical or sedated procedure. Being able to monitor or scan the rhythm of the heart is a great advantage to preventive medicine. These tests are also used to monitor the effect of certain heart medications.
