Wellness Visit protocols for puppies/kittens

Wellness programs are offered to our puppies and kittens to better provide the best possible care to our new patients. Starting your puppy or kitten out correctly, at the right age, can greatly increase the health and happiness of your pet. During your wellness visit you will also speak with our doctor with any questions or concerns about the health and happiness of your puppy or kitten.

First Puppy Visit

This visit happens at 6 weeks of age and includes the following:

Physical Exam
Fecal (Screens for parasites)
DHPP #1
Started on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

Second Puppy Visit

This visit happens at 9 weeks of age and includes the following:

Physical Exam
DHPP #2

Third Puppy Visit

This visit happens at 12 weeks of age and includes the following:

Physical Exam
DHLPP #3
Bordetella Vaccine

Fourth Puppy Visit

This visit happens at 16 weeks of age and includes the following:

Physical Exam
Fecal (Screen for parasites)
DHLPP #4
Rabies Vaccine
